Considering how you were wiping the floor on these human players, I'm surprised they didn't rage quit after you did a Klowntality on them. Tank is probably my second favorite Klown to play as.

Thank you, I finally just beat Permadeath grounded per chapter right now. I was stuck at the resort but the last part helped me. I snuck behind threw a smoke bomb at the group although they were spread out, I got shot a few times, I threw another smoke bomb, it missed the guy but luckily I was able to run to the rail and jump over the stairs. My heart was pumping like crazy. Thank you sir🫡

If the enemy has a melee weapon and you don’t the enemy will occasionally duck and hit you. If you have a plank, bat or pipe you can block them and push them backwards. When the enemy has an axe or machete and you block them, they will hit your melee weapon with the blunt side and Joel will force them sideways. I’ve never actually seen anyone post or talk about the latter online. I’ve tested it out multiple times and it looks intentional.

This isnt really a block. Its more of a scripted counter/parry that you can only do if the enemy dodges one of your attacks. doesn't work on infected since they dont dodge and doesn't work on enemies with a weapon if you dont also have one.

It's moreso a counter and it doesn't happen all the time. You're always bound to take hits in melee combat sooner or later
